How to use locker pickup
Locker pickup is SO easy and convenient! Ever wake up in the middle of the night and remember all the things you forgot to buy earlier? Us too. With locker pickup you can add all those items to your cart at any hour of the day and then pickup whenever is convenient for YOU! Just follow these easy steps:
- Browse our site and add everything you need to your cart. Remember, orders have a minimum of $8. Anything less will not let you check out. **if you have ANY questions while you're shopping, use the "Chat with us!" button at the bottom right hand corner of the website. If you can't find what you're looking for, need more than what's showing available, or need something completely custom use the chat button and we get you all taken care of + send an invoice straight to your email.
- Head on over to the checkout page. Under "delivery methods" you should always see "ship" at the top. If you are also given the option for "pick up", perfect! Click that and move on to step 3. If you are NOT given the pick up option here's what you'll need to do: scroll down until you see "add a discount code or a gift card." Click on it. If you want to pick up in Rincon, use code LocalRincon. If you want to pick up in Statesboro, use code LocalStatesboro. These codes will remove all shipping costs and let us know to pull your order aside for our locker service.
- Pay and complete your checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details.
- When your order is ready, you will be sent a message with locker information and a code to the phone number or email address listed on your account. Our lockers are located in the FRONT of our building at the Rincon location. In Statesboro, the lockers are by the BACK door. Please use the code to unlock the locker, retrieve all items, and then lock your lock back on the locker so they are not taken from other non KB-ers. We ask for everyone to try and pickup within 48 hours to allow for others to use this service.
* If you had to use one of our local promo codes, you will get an email stating your order has been "shipped" once it's ready for pickup, but don't worry, IT HAS NOT SHIPPED. It has been placed in a locker and you should receive the pickup details shortly after.
Locker orders are guaranteed to be filled with all available items within 48 hours. If any items need to be transported from another one of our locations, we will put all available items from your pickup location in a locker within 48 hours and the remaining items will be ready for you within 5 business days (holidays and announced closings not included). If we are unable to fulfill this guarantee, you'll receive a special code for 15% off a single purchase! *Preorder items are not included in the guarantee. Those are always given ETA dates.
Our small staff is working to fill all locker orders as quickly as possible. Please wait for your email or text confirming your order is ready for pickup before going to the lockers or contacting us regarding order status. (If we are outside of the 48 hours/5 day guarantee please inquire if we haven't contacted you on whatever the hold up may be)
