I am local, but it's not letting me choose local pickup at checkout.

Because we have two storefronts, the option to choose local pickup at checkout will not show up if your cart has items coming from both locations in it. If this occurs please use code LittleLongerToStatesboro or LittleLongerToRincon, which helps us get all items to the pickup location for you. These codes will remove shipping charges. After entering the discount code, you'll be set to check out. You will get an email stating your order has been "shipped" once it's ready for pickup, but don't worry, IT HAS NOT SHIPPED. It has just made it's way to the store for you.

Orders have a minimum of $8. Anything less will not let you check out.

Orders are fulfilled in 1-5 business days in most cases. Please be mindful in knowing we have a community base of over 18,000 online customers so your order will not be processed right away. Please wait for your email confirmation of completion before coming to the store or emailing (if it has been six business days or more, do please inquire if we haven't contacted you on whatever the hold up may be) 

The phone number on your account will be sent a text message with locker information and a code. Our lockers are located in the FRONT of our building at the Rincon location. In Statesboro, the lockers are by the BACK door. Please use the code to unlock the locker, retrieve all items, and then lock your lock back on the locker so they are not taken from other non KB'ers. We ask for everyone to try and pickup within 48 hours to allow for others to use this service.
