Return Policy: No returns, no exchanges (unless your item is defective).
Shipping Times: For ready to ship items, 1-5 business days. Usually these are out by 3rd day. Preorder items will have specified arrival dates and shipping estimates on the listing. Orders that contain both RTS & preorder items will not ship until all items are in. If you're needing items sooner that the preorder shipping date, we recommend placing an order for those items separately.
Shipping Methods: We use several different services offered by UPS, USPS, and FedEx. KB's will choose the best method of shipping based on several factors.
We now offer tiered flat rate shipping beginning at $3.50 for Georgia residents! Shipping rates max out at $15 for every state! Orders $35+ in Georgia and $100+ elsewhere ship FREE! No code needed!
Any orders that qualify for free shipping ($35+ GA, $100+ elsewhere) will have insurance added to them. If you'd like to add insurance to any other orders, please contact us to discuss options and pricing.
We strive very hard to keep things going out as soon as possible! Because of this, messages may go unanswered for a bit, as it slows the packing process down by having to stop and answer. The BEST way to contact us is to use the "chat with us" feature!
Local pickups are available! We currently offer local pickups in Pembroke only. For items we have in stock, same day pickup is available if ordered by 3PM.
Need an item customized? Some items have this option in the check out for an additional fee, others you will have to contact us for further payment. If you purchased the custom fee please take a look at our custom orders section for the information we need to process your order - you leave this in the note section when checking out before payment. ONLY IF YOU'VE ADDED THE CUSTOM FEE PRICING will leaving a note work- otherwise you must either contact us via "Chat with us!" button shown at the bottom right hand corner of the website OR email us at email@example.com to discuss pricing.
We provide sublimation prints customized as well! Please reach out for any questions.
We are not is responsible for USPS,UPS, FedEx Errors - Please contact us if you'd like to add additional insurance other than standard carrier coverage.
We CANNOT guarantee delivery dates on express/overnight shipping.

We monitor the chat daily, so this is the quickest way to have your questions answered. IF WE RESPOND TO YOUR CHAT MESSAGE WHEN YOU ARE NOT ON THE WEBSITE, OUR REPLY WILL GO STRAIGHT TO YOUR EMAIL! You DO NOT have to come back to the website to continue the chat, you can simply reply to the email. Please make sure all contact info is current so you don't miss any attempts at communication!
